Conservatory trained in San Francisco, Mrs. Steele holds multiple degrees in pedagogy and has performed abroad. Her students are a range of ages and skill levels. During  grad studies at the University of Texas at Austin, Christina worked as the T.A. for undergraduate string students . In 2018, the PfISD awarded Mrs. Steele "Teacher of The Year." She maintains a home teaching studio in Austin, Texas in addition to her continued partnership with Regents School of Austin as a Co-Curricular instructor.
